At Think Move Feel, we support adults, children and families in building strength, resilience and lifelong wellbeing through yoga, Pilates, movement, mindfulness and practical education.

Meet Rose

I'm passionate about helping people understand their body, build confidence and create lasting wellbeing through movement, mindfulness and practical education.

My journey began in fitness, but over the years it has evolved into something much broader. Today I combine personal training, yoga, Pilates and ongoing study in neuroscience and traditional health philosophies to support people of all ages in developing healthier bodies, calmer minds and lifelong wellbeing.

Whether you're joining a class, attending a retreat or working with me one-to-one, my role is to listen, guide and support you with compassion, experience and evidence-informed practice.
