Kids and Teens

Helping Children & Teens Build Confidence, Resilience and Lifelong Wellbeing
Supporting children and teenagers to develop healthy movement, emotional awareness and practical wellbeing skills through yoga, breathwork and mindfulness.
Growing Up Has Never Been
More Challenging
Childhood has changed.
Today's children and teenagers are growing up in a fast-paced world filled with increasing demands, constant stimulation and growing pressures on their physical and emotional wellbeing.
While we can't remove every challenge they face, we can help them develop practical skills that support them throughout life.
At Think Move Feel, children learn through movement first. As they move, breathe and play, they begin to notice how their body feels, how their breathing changes and how different activities influence their emotions. Over time, these experiences help them develop greater body awareness, emotional regulation and confidence in themselves.
Every Child is Different
No two children are the same.
They each have their own personality, strengths, interests and challenges. Some are full of energy, while others need gentle encouragement. Some find it easy to focus, while others struggle to slow their busy minds. Some are naturally confident, while others are learning to believe in themselves.
At Think Move Feel, every child is welcomed exactly as they are. Sessions combine movement, breathwork, mindfulness and age-appropriate education, helping children understand how movement, breathing and relaxation can influence the way they feel.
Whether your child is looking to build confidence, develop emotional regulation, improve focus, manage anxiety, navigate ADHD or autism, or simply enjoy the benefits of movement and mindfulness, the goal is never to change who they are.
Every child deserves the opportunity to .....
-
move with confidence
-
understand their emotions
-
feel safe in their own body
-
develop healthy coping strategies
-
build resilience
-
enjoy being themselves

What if my child has never done yoga before?
No experience is needed. Sessions are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and suitable for beginners.
Does my child need to be flexible?
Not at all. The focus is on movement, confidence, body awareness and developing practical wellbeing skills—not achieving perfect yoga poses.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle and an open mind. All equipment is provided unless otherwise advised.
Do parents stay?
This depends on the child's age, the programme and the venue. We'll let you know what's appropriate for each session.
